❚ Cancellation policy:
In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend Eurasia 2023, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to Eurasia 2023 Organizer (mail to: eurasia2023thailand@gmail.com).
The Eurasia 2023 refund policy is as follows- Up to 30 Sep 2023: 70% refund
- From 1 Oct - 30 Nov 2023: 50% refund
- From 1 Dec 2023: No refunds
